Please note that all orders once placed are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Customers are urged to double-check their shipping details at checkout to ensure it is correct, as Embodiment Self-Care is unable to issue refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customers.

If items are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re more than willing to resend the order once they’re returned, with the buyer covering postage fees.
