Embodiment Self-Care is delighted to offer international shipping, with our base in the UK. Please note that prices on our website exclude shipping fees; the full cost, including shipping, will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing vs. Shipping Times Our order processing period ranges from 1 to 7 working days, depending on current order volumes. For UK orders, standard shipping may take up to 5 working days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available to reduce delivery time but do not affect the processing duration.
Delayed Orders
In the event of a delay, should any order not be dispatched within the 1 to 7 working day processing window due to any sort of delay within Embodiment Self-Care, we will reach out to affected customers with a goodwill consolation. While delays are rare, we acknowledge that unforeseen events may occur.
Delivery Information
Embodiment Self-Care provides the following shipping services:
– For our UK clientele, we offer standard delivery, typically fulfilled within 5 working days, with an expedited shipping option available for an additional fee.
– For international patrons, the estimated delivery time frame ranges from 10 to 21 working days.
– All shipments are facilitated through Royal Mail, ensuring full tracking capabilities for your reassurance.
International Orders:
All international orders from Embodiment Self-Care are shipped with tracking and insured for up to 50% of the order’s total value against loss or damage. Please be aware that any applicable customs fees are the customers’ responsibility. If customs fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the initial shipping costs.
Order Confirmation
Upon successfully placing your order, you will be promptly sent an email acknowledging the receipt of your request. Subsequently, once your order has been dispatched, a detailed email will follow, containing a tracking number to facilitate the monitoring of your order(s) journey.
